    Sweetness hawk, I remember your blog from the early days, I was but a housing bear cub then and I learned a lot from you. So did many others, karma paid off and that five year hobby of yours pencils out to 85k a year, not too shabby.

    Waiting Hawk, your history with this market mirrors mine over the last 5 years.

    One thing is perplexing to me regarding your deal…………….Why would they have dropped the listing price 100K immediately when their other deal fell thru?

    Was the bank clueless to how hot this market has suddenly become?

    Murf2222 that is a great question and I have no clue as I thought about that a lot. Only thing I can think of is they wanted to dump it asap off their books since they did have it a long time before it went into escrow at the 450k price. At first I thought they wanted a bidding war but they accepted my offer pretty fast so I am thinking they just wanted to dump it.
