February 6, 2009 at 11:18 AM #342025moneymakerParticipantLast time I was at Walmart (usually not a pleasant experience) I looked at the 2 things I was buying and was pleasantly surprised to see that they were made in the USA. Now this was while in line, I did not select them based on this, but I sure felt better after noticing. Kind of like going to the gym,it fells better afterward. I will be taking my reading glasses with me from now on and look for made in the USA, just like me.I understand the lower labor argument,but in times of automation, I would love to see more things made here.
