It can’t hurt to submit an offer and see how serious they are.
The house looks nice on the outside but all of the rooms inside look cramped, the kitchen as well.

Penridge as you know is in Sommerset. I think that it will not be to long before all of the homes in Sommerset will hit 450k. Will they go down to 290k in the future? It is anyone’s guess… perhaps… perhaps not. This subdivision (which I do know very well) actually held up fairly well but is now starting to get hit.

November 5, 2007 at 10:15 PM #96181sdrealtorParticipantIf i take 290K and compound it by 4% inflation/appreciation per year I get 400k after 8 years. If you beleive your friend paid a fair price in 2000, this one wouldnt seem to be all that far off getting back in line.
