ParticipantTG’s probably hiding in his mancave. It will be interesting what he has to add to his original post. I hope you can hold on. Before I was able to buy my first place in the 70’s, all the other relatives except for my single brother owned houses and I was told I should not be allowed to vote because I did not own my own home. It took awhile and a decent paying job, but I finally was able to buy and have held on ever since. I am sure either late this year or early next there will be a lot of price break throughs even in some of the more intransigent areas. Hang in there.
