sdrealtor: You are woefully un-informed about the business triangle area of Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, SC. We have the only BMW automobile plant in North America and a bunch of suppliers to this facility are also in these counties. We do not, repeat, do not live with the Clampetts. You should do your homework before you pop off at the mouth. Frankly, you strike me as someone who has little understanding of life outside of CA and it’s over-priced, house of cards economy. But then again, that’s your problem, not mine.It appears to me from your many posts that due to the fact that you are in the R.E. business, that this correction is eating you up and you want prices to remain high so you can keep making fat commissions for doing very little. Am I correct?

You must really hate it out there if you waste your day trolling around a SoCal (San Diego mostly) real estate blog.
A BMW factory? Wow! How fast can I move there.

Sorry but it is you whom is woefully uninformed. I lived on the East Coast over 30 years and know more than you likely ever will. I understand life back East better than in CA. I worked in the World Trade Center as well as having lived several places between DC and Boston. One auto plant does not make a diverse ecomony or an economic/cultural powerhouse among other things. Make no mistake about. To someone who truly understands the East Coast you ABSOLUTELY live with the Clampetts.

December 13, 2007 at 12:26 PM #116189sdrealtorParticipantBTW, on their way to FLA to look for retirement homes my in-laws checked out SC. they had heard good things about it.
They pulled into town and had breakfast, chuckled and were 100 miles down the road by lunch time.
