Has anyone else been following housingtracker.net for San Diego? Today is the first day in a long time that the 75th percentile of listings has dropped below the $700,000 mark…hmmm.
I stopped looking at that because it seemed arbitrary, it wasn’t matching my personal obervations, but even if there are flaws in it, the long term numbers should be a good trend indicator.
