Participanttake the warranty for free. After the first year, skip…We ended up replacing a good deal of the appliances plumbing etc after the first year anyway, and if it breaks before then, even better.

GuestA friend of mine recently purchased a home in RP and it came with the warranty from these guys. They would not honor the contract when it came to repairing something with their pool. Since then they have been contacted about joining a class action lawsuit against them.
A simple google search shows that they have been at the receiving end of several class action lawsuits.
Just so you know.

Participantthey come to fix small things and the co-pay is high. For high cost repair, they usually have bunch of excuse not to fix. Don’t fall in their trap and forget about it after the first year free warranty.
