February 3, 2010 at 9:01 AM #509030Nor-LA-SD-guyParticipantHOA’s can be like mini fascist regimes; personally I think it best not to keep any equity in a home that is in an HOA.
But for others they like that type of thing, I grew up in a neighborhood where people did stuff like work on car’s and other projects like boats even planes, don’t know how kid’s can develop mechanical ability these day’s with all the restrictions around in HOA’s.
But some people like a sanitized environment; I guess their kid’s can grow up to be realtors or something.February 3, 2010 at 9:01 AM #509283Nor-LA-SD-guyParticipantHOA’s can be like mini fascist regimes; personally I think it best not to keep any equity in a home that is in an HOA.
