Allan, you keep on insisting that I need to be believe in certain things to be progressive.
But you’re not happy when I do the same and make fun of conservatives.
I think that social conservatives hold very contradictory beliefs.
So, I guess we’re even.
My observations are that people on the right are very rigid; whereas on the left, people are more flexible based on the context and based on history.

I’m watching the GS Senate hearings right now. I don’t know who looks more ridiculous – politicians trying to seem outraged that GS isn’t a charitable institution (see McCain’s last few questions.)
