I was thinking about three-dimensional signs with huge blowups of the interior of the house and backyard – but I must say, a starburst edge and “the magic word” makes a huge impression. I would certainly brake for a sign like that.

Where I live (Murrieta) I see those starbursts on so many real estate signs now, most of them saying “Price Reduced” rather than “Too Late” like they said a year ago.
It just looks like something bursting, doesn’t it?
What other words might work on these? With the magic of Photoshop anything is possible…
