ParticipantSandicor web site shows 814 SFRs, 403 condos/townhomes, 29 multifamily units, and 57 mobile/manufactured houses sold in January. They say that the total is 1335 (there’s a small discrepancy).
For February, bubbleinfo.com quotes 1382 resales.
