Are there any residents of Fairbanks Ranch on this board that can share their experiences with me? We are looking at homes in both North Gate and South Gate and have found 2 in particular we really like.
How do you like the area, terrain, CC&R’s, community, country club, commute, convenience, safety/security, quality of homes, builders, etc? What is your take on North Gate vs. South Gate? How do you like the local school? Are there activities for kids, stay at home mothers?
