Now if something is distressed or has been sitting for awhile that is a different story. We are coming into the season of hope! That is, over the next 3 months more people will put their homes on the market with hopes of sugar plum money coming their way… Those that don’t sell may be riper for deals in the summertime. Agreed that the Serenity home is overpriced. Look for more of the same.
