ParticipantNot a chance. The house is just not attractive enough to even hit the mid $600’s. Living room is just plain ugly and I don’t see even a hint of color in the yard even though it’s Spring and a ton of flowers are in bloom. It’s all just so very…beige. Better landscaping could hide the fact that this just an ugly house. You want to sell in a buyer’s market you’re gonna have to do better than that. This isn’t 2005 when an outhouse would go for $500k….
