ParticipantAnother nice disinfectant is Tea Tree Oil.
Put a few drops into your cleaning suppiles for a nice smell and some extra protection.
Though if you want to use it on skin, mix it with some oil (olive, walnut or whatever) 10 drops to 1 drop of Tea Tree – it can be a bit fierce in its undiluted form.BTW – I know you’re all joking (right? right? π ) about Obama’s trip and the guy who died afterwards – he died of a heart attack, not the flu. A tragic coincidence, nothing more.
Just so you know…..

ParticipantReading up about the symptoms and victims of this flu might alleviate some of your beloved anxiety. As you can see, this virus has been around since the 50’s. There was even an outbreak of 200 people (New Jersey) in the 70’s.

Participant
If you agree with the ONLY point I was trying to make…then I really don’t see the point of your follow-up posts.
I’m not disagreeing with your point, I’m questioning the likelihood of the scenarios under which your point even matters.
I presented a scenario (economic dislocation) that is much, much more likely than any of the outlandish scenarios you presented above.
You’re forgetting the other part of your scenario where some disaster situation worsens the economic downturn. Is a global apocalyptic flu outbreak any more likely to happen than an earthquake or another Katrina? You must know something we don’t about this whole flu thing.
It’s really amusing to see how quickly people slip into hyperbole when interpreting the words of others.
You mean hyperbole like “go back and sip your Kool Aid?” Good thing nobody has used that in this thread yet.
Remind me…when did I bring religion or Obama’s relationship to the Anti-Christ into any of my posts? Can you find one instance?
How about this instance:
And yes, your Messiah – despite all the trappings – is still a politician like all the other hacks who have preceded him.
If you get to call Obama my Messiah, I get to call him your Anti Christ. It’s only fair.
