    Thanks for updating us on that place. Sometimes places fall in the cracks and we forget about them. Nice to find out what happened.

    Talk about chasing the market down…after a few years I guess reality finally sank in. Plenty of sellers in 92037 are going to have a plate a reality served to them over the next several years. And I think $1.5 mil is far too much for this place, right smack dab on LJ Mesa? That’s a busy street and cars are moving real quick through there.

    thanks for the follow up…..the agent was very condescending to me when I questioned the 2.4 million dollar price….I feel a little better now….

    That place was completely remodeled. It is one of those remodels you wish you had scraped it, it is funky. Very low beamed ceiling in the family room.

    This house gets a lot of road noise, you would never enjoy your outdoor patio.

    To someone who has hearing problems, it is worth 900k… IMO.

    This house gets a lot of road noise, you would never enjoy your outdoor patio.

    To someone who has hearing problems, it is worth 900k… IMO.
