Housing futures which have been traded at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange since earlier this year, they now offer contracts as far out as November 2011.

Based on an index with January 2000 = 100,

most recent contract prices for San Diego are:

NOVEMBER 07 225
08 208.8
09 196.4
10 191.4
11 187
