Do I dare agree with the Resident New Age Flake on this forum? Well, I do find Enorah’s reply brilliant and deeply insightful:
“Cats are intensely sensitive and loving beings. They take their cues from you. So if you are holding anything in your energy field that lets them know you do not really want them around”
So here is my flaky new age follow-up to her comment:
I have proven countless times what Enorah says about cats is true. Here is one of many examples from my life. When I first started dating the woman who became my wife, I visited her home and she announced “This is the most difficult cat you’ll ever meet. He hates people. He’s psychotic. He won’t even let me touch him and he’s known me for ten years. He only lets mom touch him, because he senses she is a deeply kind and spiritual person. She meditates and prays daily.”
All I saw was a flash of white cat as that cat dashes under the couch.
Here is what I did.
I actively altered my human energy field to radiate in a way that this cat would sense as safe, loving, and harmonious. It took about ten hours, and I held that field for ten hours. But I was watching the cat and I could sense it working.
Then after about ten hours it had its affect. I was resting awake laying on the couch and that cat came out of its hiding spot, slowly moved up onto the couch and walked right up and laid down directly upon my chest and looked into my eyes, and started purring peacefully. And it stayed there. It also allowed me to pet it and to hold it my arms. Other than me, it only allowed my future mother-in-law to do that.
And my future wife and her entire extended family (except for the wise mother) looked upon this with utter astonishment, and exclaimed “We lived with this cat for ten years, and yet he feels more comfortable with you after ten hours! Impossible!”
Absolutely true story. You must send loving energy from your HEF to a cat, of a vibration it wants to feel.
It is quite difficult to describe with words how to do that, because words don’t exist to describe the world of those feelings. It is like listening to the sound of a violin and then playing a note (with your energy field) that is not only in tune with the violin but is complimentary to it, meaning the violin will be drawn closer so the complimentary notes can sound lovely together.
Explained from a deeper level, your HEF should resonate a higher spiritual energy yet at a vibration within the range of the cat, and your HEF must specifically radiate your appreciation of the higher Spiritual Being within the cat, because all beings are drawn to energy that can raise their awareness of their own eternal and pure Spirit. One way we learn of our higher spiritual selves is by seeing in the Other that they see That in us.
Energy field work is more easily learned by direct practice and training with masters in the art. For example, I have attended workshops and read all books authored separately by masters such as Rosalyn Bruyere, and Barbara Brennan. There are others equally talented. Some years later unfortunately that cat died. As for my mother-in-law, thank God she is still alive, because I’m honored to have her living with my wife and me. I learn from her every day. My spiritual consciousness is at the cat-level relative to her spiritual consciousness!
