South Korea’s export status has little bearing on the US economy. The export thrived this year because of dollar was strong against Korean currency. (Current president is a Korean version of Bush) And US is no longer a single major export market. China is now equally important.
I do hope this bubble like behavior is calmed down in southern CA, but I don’t think it’ll change until the interest rate goes up significantly (+1 point)
