ParticipantThis is strange – the 2 properties on Ramsay sold within 10k this year. The 2nd one looks TONS better than the first one, ready to move in. The 1st one, kitchen had to be completely redone – the cabinets were broken. No granite either :-). Sure it had an extra room….but not very well partitioned.
470K is a very low price.
