That IS a good price – for THAT HUGE UC lot and if it has been upgraded in the last 10 years. Too tiny for us, but hopefully the prices there will start to go a little more. I know what BG says. But Hope springs eternal…or something like that…;=)

I saw that this morning and had the same reaction.
Maybe as an owner in UC I should be horrified that a home sold for so little in UC… but since I don’t plan to sell till I have to go to a retirement home or funeral home… it’s no matter to me. UC has been overpriced and it’s nice to see some more rational prices coming in.
