There are a few new homes available out there in Carlsbad- this one is all I remember off the top of my head tho :http://www.drhorton.com/Where-We-Build/California/San-Diego/Division-LA-Corona/53-Melrose.aspx Not sure if they are your taste but they are in your price range.
Yes, 53 Melrose. they are in my price range but they come with pretty high total fees (HOA +MRs) – about $250-300 a month. Seem pretty nice from the outside, not sure how their yards are.December 7, 2010 at 12:43 PM #636446ScarlettParticipant
There are a few new homes available out there in Carlsbad- this one is all I remember off the top of my head tho :http://www.drhorton.com/Where-We-Build/California/San-Diego/Division-LA-Corona/53-Melrose.aspx Not sure if they are your taste but they are in your price range.
Thanks, OCrenter. Scripps is within our parameters too, along with PQ. Very good schools, ok commute.
