Carlsbad or Penasquitos for 500K?

Yes, 53 Melrose. they are in my price range but they come with pretty high total fees (HOA +MRs) – about $250-300 a month. Seem pretty nice from the outside, not sure how their yards are.

Yes, 53 Melrose. they are in my price range but they come with pretty high total fees (HOA +MRs) – about $250-300 a month. Seem pretty nice from the outside, not sure how their yards are.

Quite true. And in cases we can’t avoid rush hours, or an accident or bad weather – it’s UGLY…
