Too small (being 2 story). Pretty poor construction and very cramped together one can hardly consider them SFRs. WAY overpriced.
500K should be the largest plan which is 1600 sf.
I really don’t get those REOs. It’s supposed to be at least a bit cheaper, is it not?
I agree with this assessment. For $500k, I rather save $80k and get this place: http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-100067025-6140_Mystra_Point_San_Diego_CA_92130 if I don’t want a decent size lot.December 9, 2010 at 3:00 PM #637946anParticipant
Too small (being 2 story). The question then is, what are the races of the Socioeconomically Disadvantaged and Eglish Learners in the two schools. But, if you don’t fall into those two categories, then you shouldn’t care about the API of those students. Same with the different racial subgroup as well.
If you take a look at a lot of the schools that score a 10 on their API, most of them don’t have enough of a Hispanic population to count their API score. If you remove the API score of a lot of the schools that score an 8 or 9, you’ll see that they’re probably a 10 school as well.
I couldn’t have explained this any better myself. Thanks, AN!

December 9, 2010 at 3:46 PM #637888bearishgurlParticipant
. . . The lower scores – could it be because many people retire there so not much fresh population with kids moves in – therefore they’d bus a lot more kids in, many English-second-language?
The answer to this question is YES! UC is not the only high school in SDUSD where students from other parts of the City zone in under various criteria, due to lack of appropriate-age students residing in the attendance area.
