I’ll keep the one I got cause its paid for but I want something fun in the garage. Something to drive about 5,000 miles a year for the next 10 years that will put a smile on my face on day 1 and on day 3,650. I could care less about trunk. The smaller the better as I dont want to have to carry anyone’s crap in it.
I was in the same boat but on a different budget so I sold my Honda CRV and bought a Mazda Speed 3. It’s ghetto zippy in da hood (the hood being Calle Cristobal, Cam. Santa Fe) but can carry lots of stuff (hatchback). You can buy two for the price of one Z4!May 21, 2009 at 9:33 AM #403956nostradamusParticipant
I want fun! Ya gotta remember, I’ve been driving clunky GM and Ford SUV’s for 20 years. Anything is gonna be fun for me. I dont need to super twin turbo Z4 maxed out. I dont need to blow away people at stop lights. It’s for ME and beating others or looking good for others doesnt mean a thing to me. Frankly, proper iPod integration is probably more important to me that a twin turbo 300hp engine.
Don’t take this the wrong way but I always wondered what it was with Asian guys and their fascination with driving the fastest foreign sports car around?
