You gave me a good laugh Jumby.
I forgot to ask if you had abandoned the plans to build in Bonita/South Bay. I think in the long run, you get more for your money by doing that then purchasing resale.
I take it you are just kind of weighing all the options?

Well, maybe piece of $#!~ troll according to some of you, but besides that I’m happy being (and staying) RO – a member of good standing and positive contributions (mixed in with a little fun of course from time to time).

December 16, 2007 at 10:01 AM #118251JumbyParticipantYes, just weighing all the options….
When I lived in Diego I didn’t own so I’m not familiar with the property tax laws. Question, if I were able to build something for 600k total, but it would appraise at 750k, how would it be assessed?
And, after it’s been assessed, what is the cap it can rise every year?
