Yep, this same person (or someone cutting and pasting their ad) posts on San Diego’s craigslist:

Sounds like this guy is somewhat of a tool. There’s a better way to make your point. Despite the poor form, there are good deals out there. I’ve been looking at boats for the last year, and I’m seeing some good deals from what appears to be distressed home owners and/or individuals who are/were in the real estate industry.

I found it amusing, hey at least the guy can spell! I too have over the years found homes, apartments, bikes, a car on Craig’s List. It always turned out well. I’ll admit it probably wasn’t the proper venue for this guy to get on a soap box but in light of all the gloomy news I’ve been reading this week this post made me laugh.
