ParticipantRidiculous IMO. Just another idiot who developed a superiority complex (to compensate) b/c he/she was picked on in high school – basically an angry person.
The generalizations are true in some cases but overstated.
Overall this person is a predator – I would push that BMW off a cliff before I would sell it to a person like that.

CoronitaParticipantActually, I would call the guy and idiot if he really does meet with people to try to buy "toys" cheap….He posts he's sitting on so much cash, that he can pay for stuff in cash. Then he posts he has a child and a wife, then if he really does respond to some person trying to sell toys, he arranges to meet with a complete stranger that he never met before in his life, probably the idiot does so in his own home or his work place… I don't know…Craiglist isn't exactly known for attracting the most law abiding citizens. It's not arrogance, it's pure dumbass move, risking not only his own safety but the safety of his family. Why doesn't he just hang a sign outside and "say rob me, because I have money"?

Participantflu, I love craigslist! I was able to buy the exact dining table that I had been wanting for $35. Also bought a Verizon cell phone for $40, which I was skeptical of until I took it to the Verizon store and had it switched to my number.
I agree however that it’s important to stay anonymous, you never know what kind of scammers are out there.
