Yes. It’s why I can’t blame you for wanting to flip REOs. We’ve wanted to stay away from any RE speculation, but it does appear to be the only thing our govt is willing to backstop.
Any new investment ideas? π
BTW, if you want to go on Sunday, but really don’t want to bring the kids, PM me if you want to have our sitter watch them for a while (with our kids).

Yes. It’s why I can’t blame you for wanting to flip REOs. We’ve wanted to stay away from any RE speculation, but it does appear to be the only thing our govt is willing to backstop.
