ParticipantGenerally cabinetry would be considered fixed to the property and would thus convey. However it is not out of the realm of possibility that the seller may try to take them unknowingly or knowingly.
If there is any concern on your part, then ask your agent to draw up an addendum that specifies these items to convey with the home and not be damaged, removed or replaced.
That way the problem is solved before it happens.
