Where did you find this out? You guys make me kinda suspect because you predicted/reported that phase 1 was turning into apts. and they did sell those off. I’m just curious if anyone knows how much people have paid for these. Thanks

I called the sales center just out of curiosity to know what the prices were during the “Short Sale” they were having on 6 units. The maximum discount for short sale prices …… get this…..

$15,000 off! I could not believe how lame the sale was. Just advertising to try to spark interest. Was no where near what short sales prices should be!
