March 17, 2009 at 12:54 PM #367948SDWranglersParticipantI checked them out over the weekend. They start at $399K for one bedrooms and go up from there. I looked at 1700+ sq ft model, 2bd/2bth that was very nicely done, corner unit with wrap around balcony for $800K+. This was the best layout by far. The bathrooms in all the units are massive.
Smaller 2bd were in the $400-600K range.
You should check them out if they are in your price range. Nice staff.
I’m not an expert by any means, but I think they are over priced.

March 17, 2009 at 2:03 PM #368075barnaby33ParticipantI work across the street. Run away from them! Wood frame construction, right on Heart attack alley. No real amenities, fairly high HOA’s, and if those are the “Builder short sale” prices, they are smoking crack.
I see that stupid sign and kept meaning to walk over and get a new price sheet, but at those prices (still), never mind.
They’ll make good apartments.
