  Were out biking today and saw a flyer for a house MLS# 076089118. Was listed previously for $1,020,000, and was at $985,000. Always looking for a good sale, our hearts were racing, then we noticed something in the remarks that made our hearts sink.
  
  Remarks: “ON SALE FOR 2 WEEKS ONLY!HURRY!BACK TO $1,020,000 ON 1/15/08…..”
  
  A quick check of the date confirmed our worst fears, we had indeed missed this opportunity. We were left to ride home with the thought “We missed it by less than a week” going through our minds over and over.

  I suspect that everyone “missed it.” And it’s a good likelihood that everyone will continue to “miss it” for months to come. In fact it will be entertaining to see at what date someone fails to “miss it.” Keep us posted.

  So if you like it why don’t you offer whatever you want to offer for it? Who cares what kind of shenanigans the sellers are pdoing with regards to the price?
