    I heard Laurel Ridge Homes in Lakeside ($440k-$530k) have no MR or HOA. There are 24 units there, about half built.

    Anyone know anything about this development? The price seems reasonable; downside is obviously the location/commute.

    See several new constructions in Westwood, West Bernardo Dr, no MR, they are on MLS market, not sure HOA, it seems they tear down the old house and rebuild it.
