I am looking for a very thorough home inspector. We bought a new home last year and our builder’s 1 year warranty ends soon. I wanted to have an inspector go through the house with a fine tooth comb and let me know about anything that has not become apparent to us yet.
The builder has been a pleasure to work with and they have fixed any issues that have come up and I want to make sure that I take advantage of that while it is on their dime.
