Funny. I had some landlords once who said they preferred renting to guys because they were so much cleaner. Not saying either is correct. Just interesting to hear you say exactly the opposite of them.[/quote]
I think they are both correct.
From my obaservation visiting rentals with friends who own them. Lower-class women are dirty, worse than men. That’s mainly because of the kitchen that doesn’t get cleaned; and because of the clothes and beauty products that clutter everything and spill all over.
Men generally max out at a certain medium comfort zone of cleanliness and tidyness. Women of higher education are definitely cleaner. They are also less likely to bring people home. Women of education (even if they don’t yet have the means) aspire to have that perfect magazine like home.
