Yeah, looks like. I tend to do that sometimes. I'll try to be good.
Nice Marion! BTW starting a thread that has lasted 4+ pages is a feat in itself… I sometimes post topics which I think are interesting, only to have them fall off the list in about 5 minutes… "Affairs of the heart" has been in the top 3 active forum topics for what, two days now? Has 4 pages? Wow! You've really touched on something here.

Wierd indeed. My dogs name was “La Reina Roja de San Diego”. Roja for short. A spoof on her not so high pedigree and a homage to her red color. My current dog is something like a Shepard, really incredible dog, I think it is a Blue Heeler mix. I didn’t name him but this name is Pimiento. Sal se fue y pepper esta a solas. (a little riddle)My wife studied Sppanish in Guatemala too.
We do have a lot in common,If your appendix burst shortly after meeting your next dating partner, she will be the one, I am sure of it.December 11, 2007 at 5:03 PM #114605NotCrankyParticipantHer name is Buena (an homage to her Chihuahua-ness).

So true. People forget that humans have been “civilized” for less than 1% of our existence on this planet. 99% of our genetic wiring still remains from our hunting and gathering days. We’re just beasts with computers in nicer clothes and cars. Many people like to convince themselves that they are “above the (inherited evolutionary) fray.” Personally, I have no illusions regarding the true (inherited evolutionary) nature of humanity – which is neither good nor bad, but rather just “is.” I find it liberating to accept and embrace human flaws – life’s a lot more fun and far less disappointing.
