That’s actually priced extremely well for the size. Usually when these things drop to believe 500 sqft they go to 200-300 a sqft just for the building. This is pretty much at cost. I’m quite surprised and interested. I might go for one of their larger ones down the line if the price remains similiar.

hmm, wonder how much it would actually cost all-in. i.e. preparing the site in the backyard, adding utility hookups, shipping form Vegas, installation, permits. Probably another $50k? Maybe ~$100k all in?

Separate water and power meters greatly increases cost versus keeping it on the main house’s bill.

Permit and site prep could be under 15k in ideal conditions
