No worries at all. We should see activity slow down in the June/July timeframe. Hopefully some pricing will ease up then. The amount by which the pricing will decline will vary with each area.

There has been some activity recently, but mostly the stuff going pending is stuff that has been priced to sell.

There has been some activity recently, but mostly the stuff going pending is stuff that has been priced to sell.
