Padre and SD- Yes, the realtor may have been lying about the other deals. I try not to think about that, because overall he was a really nice guys to work with and I like to think the best of people. As you mentioned SD, we received all the info from the listing agent. We initially did have permission to talk to the bank, but the offer seemed to be traveling around to different departments. After the first 6 weeks the contact our agent had been given was no longer the correct contact, since then the whole process was a big black box.
I can’t tell you how many times, I heard “we just need one more signature from management.” No for the past 3 days, the latest saying is “everything is signed but someone just need to pick it up and fax it to us.” Who knows…

I’ve been watching on SD lookup in Encinitas and Cardiff and seen nothing that is priced well. About what month do you typically see the prices come down after spring?
