ParticipantI don’t know about overall sales numbers…I just know that a bunch of listings in SDLookup for Escondido South and Escondido West just suddenly went Contingent, or Sales Pending. Like, within the last week. Most around the 600k range, it seems.

For Detached/attached/twin home/Town home/From 600-800 there are 93 properties in the new “Contingent” category. I used the 200k price spread with 150k to 350k and got 1453 “contingent”
Other Data:
All areas Detached SFR “SOLDS”600-800k Year to date 694

With the American taxpayer footing the bill for holding costs, the banks can hold the property back as long as they like.
