No there is not. MLS postings are regional. For San Diego just use sdlookup or other free sites. They should be fine for you but just realize they are a day or two off with respect to accuracy.

The person who told me this was Lowell Knapp of Cuyamaca College. He was my real estate law professor at the time. I do not know if it was for his class only or what exactly.
