ParticipantED, I was just alerted to this thread by a friend, I assure you carlsbadworker and I are not the same person. While an enticing social experiment, I am way too narcissistic to use two screen names for fear of losing credit. I’m also not a big fan of the WSJ, so much so that I didn’t even read the article because I’m so arrogant (I prefer the word confidant) that I can already assume what it says and it’s beneath me. Of course once the WSJ and Time and other sources say that housing is a bad investment, that’s when I think it is a good one.
