You gotta watch those HOA fees when they’re low too you know. I know of a condo development in Santee whose HOAs just doubled to about $350 (yes, $350 for a condo in Santee). I’m not sure how you do it, but you have to check how underfunded the HOA is.

The home seems to be in great condition except that it may need paint and carpet is spotty. Surprising, I didn’t find it very noisy though it backs up to camino del norte. Its not that close to the road. You do hear the road noise in back-yard though its not that loud.
I guess these homes are not selling because of shared driveway and that “sucker” Melloroos.
