ParticipantYou gotta watch those HOA fees when they’re low too you know. I know of a condo development in Santee whose HOAs just doubled to about $350 (yes, $350 for a condo in Santee). I’m not sure how you do it, but you have to check how underfunded the HOA is.

Participantstopped by this property today along with a realtor friend. The home seems to be in great condition except that it may need paint and carpet is spotty. Surprising, I didn’t find it very noisy though it backs up to camino del norte. Its not that close to the road. You do hear the road noise in back-yard though its not that loud.
I guess these homes are not selling because of shared driveway and that “sucker” Melloroos.
