It does matter. There are many different PSAP (Public Safety Access Point) in SD County and they go according to thier muncipality. That being said I doubt they will share that information as it is considered confidential unless you get a release.

Hoped it wasn’t anything to serious…
It does make me wonder though how the media is able to obtain the calls.

They can’t give you medical information, but if the call were about something else, you can go to the department that handled the emergency and ask them if they can tell you anything. You can also ask if they’d be willing to pass your information along to the person you made the call for, and that person can contact you if they feel like it. Not saying they’ll do it, but they might.
