ParticipantWent to 4S Pienza yesterday and got the price for the following house:
Plan 2901 $755.9K
Plan 3212 $780.7K
Plan 3365 $795.4KIt looks like the price has gone up comparing to the original post. Price needs to be in the low or mid 600K before I consider that area due to high Mello Roos.

ParticipantHas anyone actually been out to Pienza in the last week or two to seek if these numbers are still good???
Pienza price per this current link
http://www.fieldstone-homes.com/availablehomes/Plan 2901 $709.0k
Plan 3212 $731.0K
Plan 3365 $740.0KI just lost out on a lowball offer in 4S on a foreclosure and am back to square one. At least the Pienza prices are starting to come down finally after being stubbornly sticky. I will have to drag myself back to the sales office this weekend but wanted to see if anyone had actual information from a recent visit. I don’t trust the online numbers, can you say “bait and switch”??
