You know, have you considered the newer parts of Rancho Penqs, along the 56 corridor? I personally like that area because homes are pretty new. And I've seen a few places that were selling about high $600k, to low $700k for about 2400sqft. I don't know this area too well, but it seems like it's pretty up and coming. I guess though there's probably mello roos. It seems like it would be right smack in the middle of 56, so getting to 15 or 5 shouldn't be to bad off peak hours.[img_assist|nid=5962|title=selfportrait|desc=|link=node|align=left|width=100|height=80]
