Yeah, we’ve all read past stories about the great treatment that customer’s have received from Jet Blue.
MANmom: Just because your husband works for JB doesn’t mean that he KNOWS exactly what happened on that plane. Was he there? There are witnesses that have been questioned by now and based on eyewitness account, not rumor and innuendo, the man who claims that he was made to sit in the bathroom will either receive an out of court settlement from Jet Blue to keep him from pushing this further or it will go to trial……..or he will drop the lawsuit.
I used to fly (A LOT) and since deregulation of the airlines, service and courtesy from the airline crews has gone right down the toilet, 🙂
Flight attendants are among the worst offenders of poor treatment and rude behavior towards passengers. I’ve seen it first-hand, too many times to count.
