Yeah its funny because old Chowderhead spouts his fat mouth off constantly on how he gives these fancy schmancy talks on real estate like he is some kind of guru. It would be hilarious when prices crash to have him censored or put down on the air and then he would have to eat his words for breakfast. Sorry not everyone has to live in San Diego. Its a nice place but so is Rio de Janiero and the South Pacific which cost a lot less to retire than San Diego.
