Wow – I was just thinking yesterday that Realtors need to change their signage to get more attention. I was thinking about three-dimensional signs with huge blowups of the interior of the house and backyard – but I must say, a starburst edge and “the magic word” makes a huge impression. I would certainly brake for a sign like that.
