Where else in SD can your kids walk to incredible schools at every level.
Penasquitos, around “Christmas card lane” are came to my mind. All the schools K-12 in that area are top notch and are w/in short walking distance too. PPSF in that area is cheaper but I guess that the price to pay for being farther east.
