What a silly comment! I neither like nor dislike an interest rate. I am ambivalent. They are what they are and I will just pay attention and figure out how to take advantage of whatever happens with that. If they go down we buy more property. If they go up we invest in fixed-income. Whatever will be will be because we took advantage of the opportunity of a lifetime!
